Noah and I finished the project we began on Tuesday night. First, we ran out of edgers, and then didn't have enough rock. But we got the job done, and Noah thinks we should have just laid rock down the first time instead of mulch. I said I was glad we did it that way so I have an excuse to have him stick around. Here is a photo of the front of the house. 
My plants look pretty puny, but they will grow, he tells me. And we even have two more peonys this spring. Here is a photo of the back part of our house by the bedroom.
And, the other project he helped me with was my little garden. It is in the place where a building was removed last fall and now only weeds grow there. And my new plants of course. The wind really played a number on them last night though. Keep in mind that I am just a beginner, the plants will probably die, but at least I'm trying! (that's what I tell myself)
